Scandinavian Talent takes care of the information you entrust to us. This policy describes which personal data we process, why, and which rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Scandinavian Talent, Ewaldsgade 7, Copenhagen, Denmark, is the data controller for the processing of your personal data. Email: hello@scandinaviantalent.com.
Requests via the form: name, work email, company, role type, seat count, and the content of your message. Aggregate, anonymous usage statistics via cookieless analytics (no personal data, no identifiers). Nothing is stored in your browser.
We process the information to respond to your request and to make the website work. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)) and steps taken prior to entering into a contract (art. 6(1)(b)).
We never sell your data. We use selected processors to run the website and handle enquiries: Formspree (form delivery), Vercel (hosting), and Plausible (cookieless analytics). Some of these may process data outside the EU/EEA; in those cases the transfer rests on a valid transfer mechanism, such as the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for. Enquiries are deleted once answered and no longer relevant.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of your data, to object, and to data portability. Contact us to exercise your rights. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.dk).
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Visitor statistics are collected with Plausible, a cookieless analytics service that processes only aggregate, anonymous data.
